The New Rochelle  Masters program (the “Program”) is open to experienced former collegiate, high school or club rowers.  The Program is a 12 month program which consists of on the water rowing (spring, summer, and fall) and erging during the winter.  The goal of the program is to encourage general fitness and competitive rowing.  Accordingly, each master can pursue his or her personal goals for rowing.  NYRA owns sweep and sculling equipment that are available to participants on a first come first serve basis.  The culture amongst the masters is cordial, welcoming, low pressure and cooperative.  The Masters team attends and participates in regional regattas.
